Oversized Plate Holding Fixture to accommodate procedure plate assemblies in the 1G, 2G, 3G, 4G test positions.  Fits directly into the Overarm Accessory (WTS-OVARM) that is included with the Weld Test Stands Assembly (WTS-ASSY).
