Shipping + Return Policy

August 2026 Update:

Due to significant increases in order volume, our lead times have temporarily changed. UPS orders should expect to ship within 3 business days, and LTL freight orders within 5-7 business days. As always, we are working to get your orders out as quickly as we can! Triangle Engineering appreciates your business, and we will be back shipping at our standard lead times as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience!

 

SHIPPING POLICY

UPS:
Each shipment is inspected prior to being packed for transport. Since our packaging exceeds all UPS specifications, it should arrive in perfect condition. Upon receipt, please inspect all packages for damage. Do not sign for any packages from Triangle Engineering Inc. that show extreme damage or missing items. If there is clear packing tape on the UPS box, that is also an indicator of damage and should be reported. Please take pictures of the damaged box and call Triangle Engineering Inc. as soon as possible to report any damaged shipments received.

FREIGHT:
When receiving LTL shipments please notate any visible damage on the delivery receipt. If shipment is damaged, please take pictures of the damage and contact Triangle Engineering Inc. at 781-878-1500 as soon as possible to report any damaged shipments received. 

If the wrong address is entered on the order and is not corrected BEFORE the order ships, customer is liable to pay any applicable reconsignment and storage fees associated with rerouting shipment.

Please note, Triangle Engineering Inc. is not responsible for any lost or damaged items in transit. 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

UPS boxes of materials available through our online store will ship on the NEXT BUSINESS DAY. 

All LTL pallet shipments will ship within 5-7 business days.

EXPEDITING INFORMATION

Expedited orders received by 11:00 AM EST will be processed and shipped out the same business day.
EXPEDITED UPS (NDA, 2DA, 3DA) orders received after 11am EST will be shipped on the NEXT BUSINESS DAY. 

If you require expedited, same day shipping ($150 fee) please contact us at 781-878-1500. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or U.S. holidays.

RETURNS POLICY

Returned materials will incur a 20% restocking fee.  Prior to any return, the customer must have a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) from Triangle Engineering Inc.  The time limit for requesting an RMA is 30 days from date of purchase.  All returns must be received undamaged, with freight charges prepaid. Special or custom-made orders cannot be returned for a refund.
