Origins
In 1960, Bob & Alec Coulstring combined their talents and experience and founded Triangle Engineering (TEI). It began as a machine shop providing industrial repair work like machining hard faced valve spools, pump shafts, and conveyor screws.
Over the years, TEI grew and began to take on larger projects for clients like Ocean Spray, NASA, and the U.S. Air Force. It also expanded its product selection by designing and manufacturing destructive test equipment and producing weld coupons.
Looking Forward
Today, TEI is In its third generation of family ownership, and the company continues to be an industry leader in providing materials, engineering, and consulting services.
In 2023, TEI rebranded with a powerful new look to emphasize its commitment to technology and innovation.
