Welding Certification Center near Boston, MA

Do you need a weld certification that is nationally recognized with the American Welding Society (AWS)?  We can help!  We're an AWS Accredited Test Facility (ATF) authorized to perform the entire process to get you in the AWS Certified Welder Program.   As an ATF we administer your weld test at our facility, perform all required mechanical testing and submit your welder qualification record and application to the American Welding Society. Our experienced CWI’s are knowledgeable (and proficient) in welding and are always happy to share some tips and tricks of the trade.  When your test is completed our onsite testing lab can determine if testing was performed satisfactory, complete with test results for your records.  If the testing was not performed satisfactory our staff will explain why and where the test failed.

MassDOT WELDER CERTIFICATION "GREEN CARD"

The MassDOT "green card" is a green paper certificate for the purpose of showing that a welder has been certified in a specific welding process and position for on-site field welding on a MassDOT bridge.

We are authorization by MassDOT to conduct welder qualification testing to the AWS D1.5 Bridge Welding Code. For more information give us a call or visit MassDOT Welder Certification.

When your test is completed, our in house lab will process your weld test assembly and determine if you passed or failed. Mechanical test reports are provided detailing the destructive test results.
